I am already 7 years staying in Cebu and I still remember this fountain on the day I first arrive – it is not flowing. This is the only fountain in Cebu City that i know. Yes for 7 years I never see this running. I thought the City Government do not care for the maintenance. I was so happy that during Sinulog festival, this fountain started to flow again. That is the first time i saw this for my 7 years in Cebu.
